Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between GOODDREAMWEAVER INC, a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801 ("we", "us"), and you, the user of SentWarmly at sentwarmly.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a gift or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SentWarmly makes personal song gifts. You answer a few questions about someone (their name, your story, the occasion and the sound you like); AI writes lyrics from your answers and sings them as an original song. You can edit the lyrics and listen to short previews before you pay. After payment, the song is delivered as a private gift page that you share by link. With the music video package, a 15-second music video is made from the photo you upload.

Songs, lyrics and videos are created with third-party AI providers. Results vary, and we do not guarantee that every generation will succeed or match your expectations, which is why you can preview before paying.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login (including your password, if you set one) secure and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. What you give us

  • Your answers and photos. You keep any rights you have in the text and photos you give us ("Inputs"). You confirm that you have the right to use them with the Service.
  • Details about other people. Your story will usually mention the person the gift is for. Only share details you are comfortable with them, and with us, using in a song. Do not include sensitive information such as health details, financial details or anything that could put someone at risk.
  • Photos of people. Only upload photos of yourself and of people who would be happy to appear in the gift. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or anyone without their permission.
  • License to us. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and the gifts made from them, including sending them to our AI providers, solely to make and deliver your gift and run the Service.

4. The songs you receive

  • Personal use. Each song is made as a personal gift. You and the person you made it for may listen to it, download it, keep it and share it with friends, family and on your personal social media.
  • No commercial use. Songs are not licensed for commercial use: you may not sell them, release them on streaming services, use them in advertising, or claim them through content-ID or royalty systems.
  • AI-generated. The lyrics and music are generated by AI from your answers. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in every country, and similar melodies or phrases may appear in songs made for other people.

5. Gift links

  • Each paid gift has a private link. Anyone who has the link can open the gift, so share it only with the people you want to see it.
  • When the gift is opened we record that it was opened and when, so we can let you know.
  • Paid gift pages stay available while the Service operates. Unpaid drafts are kept for 30 days and then expire. You can delete a draft from My gifts at any time.
  • A gift page is taken down if the payment is fully refunded or disputed, or if the gift breaks these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or send content that:

  • harasses, threatens, bullies or humiliates anyone, including "gifts" meant to embarrass or hurt the recipient;
  • is sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content about real people, or content that is illegal, hateful or violent;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, for example asking for an existing song's lyrics or imitating a specific artist;
  • impersonates someone or is used for spam, fraud or scams.

You also may not try to get around preview or usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse to make a song, remove a gift, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. A gift can also be paid with a gift code (given away in our promotions or sold by us directly); each code pays once for one gift of its type. Previews are free and limited (currently 3 attempts per gift); the full song, the download and the gift page unlock after payment. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with its effective date, and continued use means you accept it. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
