Privacy Policy

SentWarmly (sentwarmly.com) is operated by GOODDREAMWEAVER INC, a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address; your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google; and a hashed password if you set one (we never see the password itself). If we gave you a ready-made account with a gift code, its email address was made up by us and receives no mail.
  • Your gift: your answers (the recipient's first name and how to say it, your name, your relationship, the occasion, your story and style choices), the lyrics, the songs and previews made from them, your note, and the photo you upload for the gift page or music video.
  • Gift opens: when someone opens a gift link, we record that it was opened and when, so we can show you. We do not ask the recipient to sign in or give us any details.
  • Order data: what you bought and when, and the gift code you used, if any. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser and device information, and how you found us (for example the referring website or campaign tags in the link), plus analytics about how pages are used.

2. How we use it

To make and deliver your gift, run your account, process payments, provide support, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, understand which channels bring visitors and improve the Service, and send service emails such as sign-in codes and "your music video is ready". We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your story or photos to advertise.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under their own privacy terms:

  • AI providers that write the lyrics, sing the song and make the music video; they receive your answers, lyrics and photo for that purpose;
  • Stripe for payments;
  • Cloudflare for content delivery and file storage, and our server hosting provider;
  • Resend for email delivery;
  • Google for sign-in and, if enabled, analytics; Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics if enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Gift links

A paid gift can be opened by anyone who has its link. Links are long and random and are not listed or indexed by search engines, but please share them only with the people you want to see the gift.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember where you first came from (kept for up to 90 days), and, where enabled, analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work without them.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your account data and gifts while your account is active, so the gift pages keep working. Unpaid drafts expire after 30 days. You can delete a draft from My gifts, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, including a paid gift, at [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it, and backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

If you received a gift and want it taken down, write to us from any email and tell us the link.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. A gift can be made for a child by a parent or family member; please share only the details you are comfortable with.

9. Changes

We will post updates to this policy here with a new effective date.
