Which custom song service should you choose?
If you want a real artist: Songfinch
Songfinch is a marketplace of professional musicians. You pick an artist, share your story, review draft lyrics and message them as the song is made. It costs more (from $179 when we checked) and takes longer (7 days as standard, or as little as 24 hours with rush delivery), and for many people that collaboration is the point.
If you want it within the hour: Songoven
Songoven delivers two AI versions within an hour of purchase, and you can regenerate the lyrics before you buy. It sends the song by email and keeps it in your account.
If you want to hear it first and give it as a gift: SentWarmly or GiftSong.ai
Both let you listen before paying. GiftSong.ai offers a 60-second sample and add-ons like a video and a lyrics print to download. SentWarmly plays two 30-second versions of the chorus free, and the song arrives as a gift page they unwrap on their phone, with your note and the lyrics as it plays. A 15-second music video from your photo is $39 in total.
If you can wait a few days: Melodfy
Melodfy delivers in 24 to 72 hours, or 24 hours with express, as MP3 or WAV with a printable lyrics file.
What to look for before you buy
- Can you hear it before you pay? A preview means no surprises on the big day.
- Will they sing the name right? Look for a way to tell them how to say it.
- Can you change the words? You know the story best.
- How long will it really take? Minutes, an hour, or several days.
- How does it arrive? An MP3 in an email, or something they open like a present.
- Who owns it, and can you share it? Most are for personal use; check before you post it or play it in public.
Why we built SentWarmly
We wanted a song gift you could make in minutes, hear before paying, and give as something to unwrap rather than a file. If that is what you need, see how a personalized song gift works or how to create a personalized song gift step by step.
